Redwork Club

1st Sunday of the month.

This is an informal group, open to anyone interested in Redwork Embroidery whether you’re an experienced stitcher or just a beginner. Our goal is to have fun and promote this simple and relaxing hobby. This year we’ll be working on a beautiful pattern from Bird Brain Designs featuring three quilts hanging in a garden. June 2nd, July 7th, August 4th, September 1st.

Time: 1:00-4:00pm.
Cost: $5.00

Hook-In

The second Sunday of the month June 9th, July 14th, August 11th, September 8th.

Bring your project and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with Carolyn Spiller from Ewe & Eye in the Wool.

Time: 11:00am - 4:00pm.

Tea & Time

Third Sunday of the month. June 16th, July 21st, August 18th, September 22nd.

Take a Sunday afternoon, add some quilting friends, and a great cup of tea, a project you’ve been meaning to finish (or start!) and you have the makings for a perfect afternoon. Our good friends from Healing Spirits Herb Farm supply the tea! So bring your favorite tea cup, a friend and a project on the third Sunday of the month.

Exploring Appliqué Techniques

The fourth Sunday of the month. June 23rd, July 28th, August 25th, September 22nd.

Do you love appliqué? Are you curious about the many techniques? No time to try out a new project? This group is just for you! We started this group to explore, share and support appliqué, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced stitcher who would love to take the time and enjoy the company of other quilters. This group is mentored by Mary Shipp and Nancy Drum. The fourth Sunday of the month.

Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Open Sew

Wednesday, July 24th, Thursday, August 15th, Wednesday, September 25th.
Join us for a day of sewing. Each month we schedule a day for you to use our classroom and enjoy the company of other quilters. Come for a few hours or pack a lunch and spend the day!

Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Quilts of Valor

June 3rd, July 1st, September 9th
The first Monday of the month. Experienced sewer or novice we can use your help. Each month we work on quilts for this very important program.

Block of the Month

We meet on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:00pm. Cost: $5.00
Building Blocks by Sharon Craig. These 9” blocks are easily pieced, the challenge is color, value, shading, placement of darks & lights. Lots of finishing options from small to large.
